System Availability
1. Selvatico endeavour to provide maximum availability of the selvatico web site and emails systems. It is not possible to guarantee 100% system availability. Systems maintenance, program upgrades and hardware and software issues, may result in system downtime.Wherever possible Selvatico will give advance warning of system downtime.

2. Selvatico reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access TO ANY OR ALL services provided when Selvatico decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

3. Selvatico shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising out of or in connection with any breach of this agreement by you or any act, misrepresentation, error or omission made by you or on your behalf.

4. Selvatico will NOT be liable for ANY indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill howsoever arising suffered by You or for any wasted management time or failure tp make anticipated savings or liability You incur to any third party arising in any way in connection with this agreement or otherwise whether or not such loss has been discussed by the parties pre-contract or for any account for profit, costs or expenses arising from such damage or loss.

DATA Protection AND Privacy
1. The data entered on to the systems is stored on password protected systems.
2. Customer's should ensure that backups of databases and data files are taken at regular intervals. These backups should not be stored on the hosting server.
3. Where required Selvatico will backup data on a regular basis, should DATA loss occur Selvatico will make every attempt to recover the DATA, but Selvatico cannot guarantee complete DATA recovery.
4. Selvatico will NOT share the customer details.
5. Selvatico will NOT examine OR monitor the data content, ONLY for maintenance and diagnostic purposes would the client data be accessed.
6. Selvatico web sites are held on servers that reside within the UK AND the system is fully compliant with the DATA Protection Act.

Invoices AND Payments
1. Payments should be made promptly and in accordance with assigned payment terms.
2. Late payments may result in suspension of services and / or interest charges.
3. Ownership and title of developed web sites, documents, programs or databases will only pass to the customer once full payment for services has been received.
4. Should Selvatico experience delays in obtaining suitable content from customers we reserve the right to invoice for work carried out up to that point.

1. Notification of cancellation of the hosting or web service should be sent to accounts@selvatico.co.uk.
2. The hosting services will continue to the end of the currently billed period, no refunds will be issued.
